**Job Title:** Technical Recruiter
**Role Summary:**
Full Lifecycle Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing Software Engineering and IT talent (including Data, Cloud, DevOps, Security, QA, Infrastructure) for a healthcare insurance organization. Works remotely on a 6‑month contract, partnering closely with technical leadership and HR to manage high-volume, fast‑paced hiring with a focus on quality candidate experience and compliance.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and mid‑level IT roles within a dynamic environment.
- Operate independently in a remote setting, demonstrating discipline and consultative partnership with hiring managers.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining robust pipelines and accurate ATS records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipelines, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Engage with Engineering and IT hiring managers to clarify role requirements, priorities, and team dynamics.
- Maintain structured hiring process, ensuring consistent candidate communication and a positive experience.
- Evaluate technical skill fit, culture match, and role alignment.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting within ATS.
- Provide weekly pipeline reports, market insights, and hiring progress updates.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment ops for seamless onboarding handoffs.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting, with emphasis on technical/IT engineering roles.
- Proven ability to source and close talent in competitive technical markets.
- Strong knowledge of development stacks, cloud technologies, and IT operational roles.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and high‑volume sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter mandatory).
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management.
- Self‑driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple requisitions remotely.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Professional recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, AIRS, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
