Job Description

Job Title: Junior Designer Role Summary: Support the marketing team in maintaining brand consistency across all consumer, retailer, and internal touchpoints while contributing to the launch of refreshed brand guidelines, packaging design, and digital assets. Expectations: 1–2 years of design experience; 12‑month fixed term contract, subject to extension; reports to Senior Designer; ability to work one to two days in office per week. Key Responsibilities: - Uphold brand standards across all mediums (digital, print, packaging). - Translate design briefs from Product, Sales, and Marketing into visual concepts. - Implement and update refreshed brand guidelines on digital platforms (social media, website, retailer listings, email). - Prototype and finalize packaging designs and artwork for print, ensuring high shelf impact. - Conduct research on category trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform future brand evolution. - Maintain and update the brand asset library. - Create engaging presentations, slides, props, and merch for retailer and internal meetings. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). - Advanced PowerPoint skills for presentations. - Strong illustration abilities (drawings, mood boards, concept work). - Excellent eye for detail, branding, layout, and typography. - Basic understanding of packaging production processes. - Effective teamwork in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. - Confidence to present creative recommendations with clear rationale. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related discipline.
