Mentor a junior team member to build expertise and deliver timely, cost‑effective campaigns. **Expectations:** - Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan that supports brand growth and sales objectives. - Manage day‑to‑day operations of Amazon storefront and direct‑to‑consumer website, ensuring optimal listings, SEO, and content. - Plan, launch, and optimize paid media across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon Ads, and email platforms. - Collaborate with creative, production, and sales teams to develop compelling digital assets and storytelling aligned with brand voice. - Monitor performance metrics, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. - Oversee the professional development of a junior marketing specialist, fostering a culture of learning and accountability. **Key Responsibilities:** - **E‑Commerce & Amazon Management** – Daily operations, A+ content, SEO, imagery, ratings, reviews; agency coordination; inventory, pricing, and promotion alignment; performance analysis and ROI improvement; explore additional marketplace opportunities. - **Website Oversight** – Content updates, promotional, copy, WooCommerce management, sales‑tax reporting; vendor coordination. - **Digital Campaign Execution** – Strategy, planning, launch, and optimization of paid social, search, display, influencer, and email campaigns; content calendar management; spend tracking and optimization. - **Brand & Content Development** – Create digital assets, landing pages, copy; translate brand/celebrity collaborations into engaging online experiences; support influencer/social partnerships. - **Analytics & Optimization** – Use GA, Amazon Brand Analytics, and other tools to monitor KPIs; report performance; test creative, messaging, targeting for improved ROAS. - **People Management** – Direct and develop a junior marketing professional; deliver guidance, set goals, ensure timely and cost‑effective social media programming. **Required Skills:** - Strategic digital marketing and e‑commerce expertise (Amazon, direct‑to‑consumer platforms). - Proficiency in paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon Ads). - Email marketing platforms and CRM knowledge. - Content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling. - Analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. - Vendor and agency management; cross‑functional collaboration. - Project management, prioritization, and compliance with budgets and timelines. - Strong communication and mentorship capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (equivalent experience may substitute). - Optional certifications: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, HubSpot Marketing, or analytics certificates. ---
