Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue operations, primarily through HubSpot CRM and integrated tools, to standardize sales processes, improve pipeline health, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Expactations:
- Own the end‑to‑end HubSpot configuration and automation.
- Build scalable revenue workflows that drive timely, accurate data.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to enforce process discipline.
- Provide rigorous reporting and forecasting to enable informed decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate lead routing, activity tracking, territory assignment, and sales processes using HubSpot and supporting workflow platforms.
- Maintain CRM health: clean data, clear properties, view configurations, deal stages, and smart automations.
- Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and standardize best‑practice processes.
- Evaluate, select, and deploy tools to boost productivity, data quality, and forecasting accuracy.
- Build and maintain dashboards for KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and process discipline across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and sales enablement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience in Sales Ops / RevOps for B2B SaaS organizations.
- Hands‑on HubSpot administrator with expertise in objects, workflows, deal stages, and integrations.
- Proven track record building automation systems that measurably increase sales productivity.
- Skilled with modern workflow tools (Make.com, n8n, low‑code/no‑code platforms).
- Strong understanding of API/webhook integration fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and maintain process discipline.
- Bonus: Forecasting experience, multi‑tool revenue workflow implementation, growth‑stage SaaS exposure.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- HubSpot CRM Administration certification (preferred).
