**Job title** Sales Development Representative **Role Summary** Lead prospect research, outreach, and pipeline development for a fintech SaaS company. Serve as the first touchpoint for potential B2B clients across Europe, generating qualified leads, scheduling demos, and supporting account executives to close deals. **Expectations** - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and conversion targets. - Deliver accurate, up‑to‑date CRM data and regular reporting. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on strategy and feedback. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research resources. 2. Conduct in-depth market research on target companies to tailor outreach messaging. 3. Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels; generate interest and expand pipeline. 4. Build rapport and nurture relationships to secure commitments and move leads to account executives. 5. Schedule and facilitate high‑quality discovery meetings and product demos. 6. Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) entries, ensuring data integrity and completing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. 7. Refine sales approaches through a test‑and‑learn framework, adapting tactics based on results and feedback. 8. Work closely with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to share insights and drive company growth. **Required Skills** - 1+ years of B2B SaaS/FinTech sales experience with proven quota achievement. - Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. - Self‑driven, highly motivated, and results‑focused mindset. - Strategic problem‑solving ability and agility in adapting to changing priorities. - Excellent time management, organizational, and detail orientation. - Experience collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. - Relevant sales or industry certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, Salesforce Certified) considered a plus.
