**Job Title** Backend Developer (Java/Kotlin) – Internship **Role Summary** Internship (6 months) focused on building and maintaining the backend of a mobile banking application. Works within a small, Agile (ScrumBan) team to deliver new features, integrate third‑party services, and continuously improve code quality. **Expectations** * Acquire proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Spring. * Contribute to production‑grade code from day one. * Apply best practices: TDD, code reviews, pair programming, design patterns. * Engage in daily stand‑ups, grooming, retros, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. * Demonstrate problem‑solving ability and a product‑centric mindset. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, implement, test, and deploy backend services for the mobile app. 2. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs; integrate with external banking and fintech platforms. 3.
