Job Description
**Job Title** Enterprise Data Analyst **Role Summary** Responsible for automating, integrating, and maintaining data flows among core enterprise systems (NetSuite, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, OpenAir). Ensures data consistency, governance, and accessibility to enable self‑service analytics, predictive reporting, and informed decision‑making across the organization. **Expectations** - Deliver reliable, governed data pipelines that support business processes and reporting. - Enable real‑time, self‑service access to shared data assets and dashboards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into integrated solutions and automation. - Maintain compliance with data privacy, retention, and security standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, configure, and optimize ETL/ELT flows between SaaS systems. - Develop and maintain shared data marts, dashboards, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Establish and enforce data governance policies: access control, lineage, retention, and privacy compliance. - Document data models, definitions, and provenance for cross‑functional teams. - Support advanced analytics, forecasting, and predictive modeling initiatives. - Troubleshoot data quality issues and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiencies. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in data integration and ETL processes. - Experience with SaaS platforms: NetSuite, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, OpenAir. - Knowledge of API‑based integration and automation frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and native integration tools. - Skilled in data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; documentation skills. - Bilingual in French and English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in enterprise data operations or system integration. - Knowledge of life‑science or biotechnology data structures is preferred. - Cloud platform and data governance knowledge beneficial; certifications such as AWS/Azure, Power BI, or Tableau are a plus.
