**Job Title:** B2B Growth Specialist (Intern)
**Role Summary:**
Partner with marketing leadership to design, launch, and refine B2B acquisition campaigns that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and ultimately drive revenue. The role blends creative innovation with data‑driven optimization across digital channels.
**Expectations:**
- 3‑month unpaid internship with full mentorship, tools, and training.
- High‑performance interns may transition to a paid position with equity or RSU participation.
- Availability for the full internship period.
- Demonstrated willingness to experiment, learn rapidly, and iterate on feedback.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Ideate and scale B2B marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
2. Create compelling content (social media posts, video, memes, landing pages, emails) that resonates with B2B buyers.
3. Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions), analyze results, and adjust tactics to improve results.
4. Build and maintain end‑to‑end marketing funnels, including lead capture pages, nurturing sequences, and CRM integration.
5. Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
6. Conduct competitive and market research to surface growth opportunities and differentiate the brand.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong creative storytelling and copywriting for B2B audiences.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing).
- Basic analytics skills: ability to interpret dashboards, use Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing and funnel automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
- Self‑directed, thrives in a fast‑paced, minimally supervised environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative mindset.
- Quick learning, resilience to failure, and iterative improvement mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent hands‑on experience acceptable.
- Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or marketing automation (Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus but not mandatory.
