Job Description
Job Title: GTM Manager – AI Compliance Role Summary: Own and execute end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for AI compliance products in the cybersecurity, AI governance, and compliance sectors. Drive cross‑functional collaboration between product, marketing, sales, and customer success to launch new features, pricing, and messaging that maximize adoption and revenue. Expectations: - Deliver successful product launches and commercial initiatives that meet defined KPIs and market readiness milestones. - Generate measurable growth in market share, pipeline velocity, and customer acquisition within targeted verticals. - Enable sales and customer success teams with actionable insights, playbooks, and materials that increase win rates and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own GTM strategy for new product features, releases, and commercial initiatives. - Align stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure cohesive launch execution. - Establish KPIs, success metrics, and feedback loops for each initiative; report on performance and iterate. - Craft positioning, differentiated messaging, and value propositions for target personas such as CISOs, compliance leaders, and IT/security managers. - Build detailed launch plans covering timelines, deliverables, channel strategy, and resource coordination. - Coordinate release notes, internal briefings, training sessions, and launch documentation. - Partner with sales to develop enablement materials—playbooks, decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, objection handling guides—and conduct training. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform GTM and pricing decisions. - Identify emerging opportunities in new verticals or customer segments and recommend expansion strategies. - Collaborate with marketing on demand‑generation programs that support GTM priorities. - Work with product management to align roadmap, customer needs, and launch readiness. Required Skills: - 3+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, growth, or strategy roles within B2B SaaS environments; cybersecurity or AI compliance industry preferred. - Proven track record managing end‑to‑end product launches and commercial initiatives. - Deep understanding of GTM frameworks, customer segmentation, pricing concepts, and product lifecycle management. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex product features into clear value propositions. - Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in using data to drive decisions and optimize outcomes. - Experience building sales enablement content and conducting sales training. - Highly organized, structured, and capable of leading complex cross‑functional projects. - Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving product landscapes. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
