Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior / Principal AI Engineer **Role Summary:** Own end‑to‑end applied AI solutions for text and voice analysis with a focus on time‑series and sequential data. Design, build, evaluate, and scale production models that deliver reliable performance on real‑world signals. **Expectations:** - Lead AI model development from conception to deployment. - Drive feature engineering, labeling, and metric selection to meet business objectives. - Ensure model reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement. - Mentor junior engineers and influence technical strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, train, and evaluate ML models for text, speech, and other unstructured data. - Develop and maintain ML pipelines for experimentation and production. - Deploy models, implement monitoring, and orchestrate retraining workflows. - Analyze time‑dependent data (voice streams, sessions, event sequences) using windowing, aggregation, decay, and sequence modeling. - Collaborate with data engineering on ETL, quality, versioning, feature stores, and model registries. - Translate product requirements into AI solutions with cross‑functional teams. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years in AI engineering or applied machine learning. - Proven production model ownership (text, speech, or unstructured data). - Strong Python programming; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit‑learn. - Deep knowledge of time‑series / sequential modeling techniques. - Familiarity with ML pipelines and production deployment. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. **Nice‑to‑Have:** - Streaming/near‑real‑time data expertise (Spark, Kafka). - Voice/audio data experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or related field. - Advanced degrees are a plus; practical experience is paramount.
