Job Description
**Job Title** Retail Content Intern (F/M) **Role Summary** Support client brands in enhancing visibility and sales on marketplace platforms (Amazon, Cdiscount, etc.) by creating SEO‑optimized product listings, analysing performance metrics, and designing visual content. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to audit new clients, manage projects from brief to delivery, and continuously refine content strategies. **Expectations** - Produce high‑quality, keyword‑rich product pages that increase organic rankings and conversion rates. - Monitor KPIs, interpret data, and adjust content to achieve measurable performance gains. - Communicate findings and recommendations through clear PowerPoint presentations. - Collaborate autonomously within a dynamic team, demonstrating creativity and analytical rigor. **Key Responsibilities** - Write and optimise Amazon product listings with a focus on SEO, copywriting, and conversion. - Conduct semantic field analysis to identify relevant keywords and improve search visibility. - Track content performance, gather insights from analytics, and propose optimisations. - Assist in visual brand content creation, including layout, imagery, and collateral guidelines. - Lead client onboarding: prepare briefs, perform SEO and visual audits, and recommend enhancements. - Manage project timelines, coordinate deliverables, and report progress to stakeholders. - Use Google Sheets for data tracking and PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations. - Leverage generative AI tools to streamline content generation and research. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus. - Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint. - Familiarity with SEO best practices for e‑commerce and marketplace platforms. - Analytical mindset, ability to synthesize data and translate insights into action. - Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of independent work within a team. - Creative approach to content and visual storytelling. - Basic experience or coursework in digital marketing, brand content or SEO. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrolment in a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master 1 or Master 2 program from a Grande École de Commerce or IAE. No specific certifications required.
