Job title Intern – Business Development & Customer Success Role Summary As an intern in Business Development & Customer Success, you will drive commercial growth by converting incoming leads, cross‑selling relevant financial products, and identifying new monetisation opportunities. You will manage client follow‑ups, analyse performance, and propose monthly action plans to optimally utilise customer pipelines. Expectations - Increase conversion rates of incoming traffic through proactive selling and tailored product recommendations. - Develop and execute cross‑selling strategies for banking‑related products suited to each customer segment. - Identify and report on new monetisation avenues within client flows. - Deliver actionable insights and monthly performance reviews to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Conduct efficient client follow‑ups and maintain updated records. - Proactively sell and upsell core and complementary financial products. - Design and implement segment‑specific cross‑selling campaigns. - Spot monetisation opportunities across distinct traffic sources. - Suggest new product ideas based on on‑ground customer needs. - Track results, analyse key metrics, and present monthly improvement plans. Required Skills - Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities. - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain effective under fast‑paced conditions. - Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. - Business acumen: recognise opportunities others may miss. - Capacity to juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing quality. - Bonus: prior experience in selling financial products (credit, insurance, banking, or related). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or Master’s level (Bac +5) in business, finance, marketing, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required.
