Job title: Business Developer / Sales Development Representative (SDR) – AI‑powered SaaS for consulting firms Role Summary: Support the commercial rollout of an AI-driven SaaS targeting consulting firms (ESN). Conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, assist in client meetings, help prepare proposals, manage pipeline, and contribute to sales operations and KPI tracking. Expectations: * Deliver qualified opportunities to sustain growth. * Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and follow‑up actions. * Collaborate closely with the founder and sales team to close deals. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target small, mid‑market, and enterprise consulting firms. * Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and automated campaigns. * Qualify incoming and outgoing leads, detecting prospect needs. * Attend client meetings and product demos, capturing notes and follow‑ups. * Draft and send post‑meeting summaries and action plans. * Prepare commercial proposals and support closing negotiations. * Monitor and report on sales KPIs: conversion rates, velocity, and pipeline volume. * Contribute to refining the sales pitch and creating messaging, sequences, and collateral. Required Skills: * Strong outbound prospecting mindset. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Analytical, organized, and detail‑oriented. * Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently. * Bonus: familiarity with consulting firm operations, SaaS products, or AI technologies. Required Education & Certifications: * Current student in 4th or 5th year of a business or engineering program. * Demonstrated interest in business development, SaaS, or consulting services.
