Processes delivery documentation, reconciles supplier invoices, tracks hired equipment, and assists in producing project handover manuals to ensure all projects meet quality and delivery standards. **Expectations** - Career‑builder in procurement or seasoned administrator seeking stable, flexible work. - Works independently, managing a workload with high accuracy. - Demonstrates good judgement, proactive problem‑solving, and a positive, adaptable mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Process site delivery tickets and match them to supplier invoices. - Verify invoice amounts against agreed rates; flag discrepancies and request credits. - Update and maintain hired‑in plant trackers for efficient project management. - Assist in preparing handover manuals for client delivery. - Maintain accurate records, audit trails and report issues promptly. **Required Skills** - Strong numerical and analytical abilities. - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement or ERP systems. - Clear written and verbal communication. - Proactive thinking, self‑initiative, and the ability to prioritize tasks. - Positive, flexible attitude and team‑oriented collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative or procurement support. - A Level or equivalent college diploma preferred; no mandatory certifications required. - Knowledge of procurement best practices and invoice reconciliation is advantageous.
