Job Description: Job title: Junior Instructional Designer Role Summary: Create, edit, and manage engaging eLearning and supplemental content for a global workforce, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and leveraging digital tools to enhance learning experiences. Expectations: Work within a cross‑functional HR team; maintain LMS organization; adhere to brand, style, and technical standards; produce materials in English and French; support marketing of training programs; meet changing project priorities.
