Job Description: Job title: Solutions Engineer Role Summary: Engineer and prototype AI‑driven robotic inspection solutions, validate performance in real environments, and lead the transition from prototype to scalable product, ensuring compliance and global deployment readiness. Expactations: - Deliver field‑tested prototypes that meet safety, data protection, and industry standards. - Provide pre‑sales technical support, demos, and documentation to prospects. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams and international partners for end‑to‑end deployment. - Continuously iterate on solutions based on experimental results and customer feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate AI and automation capabilities for quadruped robots. - Build lightweight prototypes (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for inspection, mapping, and monitoring workflows. - Conduct field testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solutions for real‑world use. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scale prototypes into production. - Manage delivery schedules with internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare and present demos, technical findings, and support pre‑sales communications. - Ensure compliance with safety, data protection, and industry regulations across deployments. - Facilitate localization and on‑site enablement for international markets. Required Skills: - 3+ years in robotics, industrial automation, or AI solution engineering. - Proficiency in prototyping languages (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent). - Experience integrating hardware and software within operational workflows. - Strong analytical mindset: design experiments, evaluate results, iterate swiftly. - Cross‑functional collaboration and project management abilities. - International project experience and ability to localize solutions. - Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Chinese) are a plus. - Familiarity with safety, data protection, and industry compliance standards. - Curiosity for emerging AI technologies and pragmatic delivery approach. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ROS, machine learning frameworks) are advantageous.
