Communication Intern
**Role Summary**
Support the communications team by creating, scheduling, and managing digital content across social media platforms. Engage communities, monitor trends, produce written and video materials, and lead a small end‑to‑end project such as a campaign or contest.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality, on‑brand social media posts, stories, reels, and blog articles.
- Maintain consistent scheduling, community moderation, and trend monitoring.
- Produce short‑form videos and support shooting when required.
- Execute a complete mini‑project (e.g., contest or themed campaign) from concept to performance analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design original content (posts, stories, reels) reflecting the brand voice.
- Schedule and publish posts using a dedicated tool (e.g., Malou).
- Moderate community comments, answer inquiries, and forward complex issues to the team.
- Perform regular competitor and trend research to inform content strategy.
- Write engaging, SEO‑friendly blog articles and propose topic ideas.
- Edit and format short videos for social platforms (reels, stories, teasers).
- Participate in occasional filming or live‑capture sessions.
- Lead a mini‑project (e.g., contest, thematic campaign, content performance review).
- Attend strategy meetings and contribute to internal discussions.
**Required Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication; creative storytelling capability.
- Self‑organized, able to manage multiple tasks with autonomy.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, and content scheduling tools.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Experience with content creation tools (Notion, Unfold, etc.) is a plus.
- Comfortable with digital trends, emoji usage, and brand‑aligned tone.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field.
- No specific certifications required; digital marketing or social media coursework is valued.
