Job Description

Job Title: Cloud Engineer Role Summary: Design, deploy, and secure Azure infrastructure for next‑generation applications using Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Lead security compliance, integrate third‑party services, and build disaster recovery plans. Expectations: - Build cloud stack from scratch with fully automated provisioning - Pass and maintain security audits and certifications - Deliver clear documentation and knowledge transfer sessions Key Responsibilities: - Create and audit Azure accounts, billing, and foundational resources via Terraform - Configure Entra ID, implement RBAC, MFA, and secure access control - Design virtual networks, VPN gateways, and secure communication channels - Deploy Azure Key Vault for secrets, keys, and certificates management - Containerize .NET applications with Docker; orchestrate using Azure Container Apps - Develop CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for automated builds and releases - Integrate third‑party services (Mailgun, Power BI, HubSpot) and secure file management - Implement proactive monitoring, logging, alerting, and disaster recovery solutions - Produce architecture diagrams, runbooks, and conduct training sessions Required Skills: - Azure cloud architecture and administration - Terraform scripting for IaC - Docker containerization and Azure Container Apps orchestration - Azure networking (VNet, VPN Gateway) - Identity and access management (Entra ID, RBAC, MFA) - Secrets management (Azure Key Vault) - CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) - Security best practices, compliance, and audit experience - Integration of SaaS APIs and file management - Strong technical communication and documentation Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering - Professional certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent security audit certifications.
