About the Company

Established in 2009 ERGOSS is publishing software tools designed for flight data monitoring (FDM) and is providing flight analysis services (FDA). Data collected during each and every flight of an aircraft has to be scrutinized in order to evaluate aircraft operations against rules and standards. The data is sent to a cloud-based platform named "SARA" and is processed and replayed by software designed by the ERGOSS team.

Job Description
**Job title:** Back‑end Developer (C#) **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain server‑side applications and services using C#. Lead the creation of new features, conduct technical analysis, write specifications, and coordinate testing and deployment cycles for existing and new software solutions. **Expectations:** - Deliver clean, well‑documented code on schedule. - Act as a technical consultant for stakeholders, translating functional requirements into robust technical designs. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement of application performance and quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze user needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, implement, and evolve C# applications aligned with functional requirements. - Develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests. - Prepare and maintain documentation (technical specs, design decisions, test plans). - Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share best practices. - Manage releases, monitor production, and troubleshoot issues. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in C# and .NET Core (ASP.NET) development. - Strong SQL Server knowledge; ability to write efficient SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE queries. - Familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML, TypeScript, CSS, Angular) and WebAPI. - Experience using IDEs such as Visual Studio 2022 and Visual Studio Code. - Comfortable on Windows 10+ and/or Ubuntu 18.04 environments. - Good command of English (both written and spoken). - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - (Optional) Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) or database administration are a plus.
