**Job Title**
ServiceNow Field Services Management Developer
**Role Summary**
Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Field Services Management (FSM) and Workforce Management modules for a fiber infrastructure client. Create and optimize workspaces, dashboards, and analytics to deliver end‑to‑end field service workflows and operational visibility.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow configurations and code within sprint cycles.
- Collaborate with field, engineering, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain platform integrity, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure FSM and Workforce Management applications (work orders, tasks, dispatching, field service workflows).
- Build and customize FSM workspaces using UI Builder, Workspace Components, and the Now Experience Framework.
- Design Platform Analytics dashboards, KPIs, indicators, and data models for operational reporting.
- Administer dictionaries, UI policies, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, scheduled jobs, notifications, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve platform issues.
- Participate in upgrades, testing, and quality assurance to ensure reliable performance.
- Mentor operations staff and vendor contractors on ServiceNow usage.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert during design sessions, sprint planning, and delivery reviews.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced configuration and administration of ServiceNow across multiple scopes.
- Deep knowledge of Field Service Management, Work Management, Dispatching, and work order lifecycle.
- Proficiency building Workspaces (UI Builder, Workspace Components, Now Experience).
- Ability to design and implement Platform Analytics dashboards and data models.
- Strong scripting skills (business rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, notifications, ACLs).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub).
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Self‑directed, priority‑driven, and quality‑focused in fast‑paced environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) preferred.
