Head of Marketing
**Role Summary**
Leads the end‑to‑end marketing engine for a fast‑scaling brand, owning strategy, execution, and performance. Drives predictable revenue through data‑driven funnel optimization, high‑velocity content production, and multi‑channel acquisition while aligning closely with sales and creative teams.
**Expectations**
- Increase lead‑to‑client conversion from 0.5 % to 1.5 % within the first 90 days.
- Boost qualified call volume by 30‑50 % and achieve breakeven or better CAC on self‑liquidating funnels.
- Deliver 3–5 high‑quality content assets weekly across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Maintain or improve ROAS while scaling the monthly marketing budget.
- Implement weekly leak‑fixes that continuously improve funnel efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and adjust weekly marketing strategy using HubSpot dashboards to meet revenue targets.
- Lead a cross‑functional team (videographer, copywriter, VA) through Notion sprints and Slack communication.
- Produce and schedule 3–5 content pieces per week; oversee creative brief creation (Loom) and publishing.
- Build, test, and iterate high‑converting HubSpot funnel pages, opt‑ins, offers, and thank‑you flows.
- Design and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (paid ads, email, LinkedIn, JV partners, influencers) to drive qualified leads.
- Develop HubSpot + Zapier/Make automations for segmentation, lead routing, and nurture‑to‑booking conversion.
- Conduct weekly syncs with Sales to align on lead quality, show‑up rates, and close rates.
- Analyze HubSpot, Hyros, and GA4 data to identify leaks, propose fixes, and improve funnel performance.
- Manage the marketing budget, track P&L, and ensure responsible spend with positive ROAS.
- Collaborate with marketing coaching team to refine messaging and accelerate execution.
**Required Skills**
- Expert user of HubSpot (workflows, dashboards, landing pages, automation).
- Proven experience running and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns (YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn or similar) with CAC responsibility.
- Strong funnel architecture and CRO skills; ability to diagnose and fix conversion leaks.
- Mastery of analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Hyros, platform dashboards).
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability; high‑intensity ownership mindset.
- Excellent written communication; ability to edit and direct creative output.
- Leadership of small creative teams; proficient in Notion, Slack, and project‑sprint methodologies.
- Data‑obsessed decision‑making; comfortable with rapid testing and iteration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (preferred).
- Google Analytics (GA4) certification or equivalent analytics credential (preferred).
