Job Description
**Job Title:** Internal Sales Representative **Role Summary:** Provide sales support and customer service for industrial bearings, power transmission, hydraulic and flow‑control products. Handle inbound phone and counter inquiries, promote product offerings, process orders, and ensure post‑sale satisfaction. **Expectations:** - 3‑5 years experience in distribution of bearings, power‑transmission or hydraulic products (or related sectors such as safety, tooling, pneumatics, fasteners). - Proficient written and spoken English (additional language a plus). - Familiarity with import/export customs procedures. - Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email). - Excellent communicator, quality‑focused, analytical, able to prioritize workload. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote company products to existing and potential customers. - Identify prospects and conduct outbound calls to generate sales. - Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate goods and services. - Create and process purchase orders and invoices. - Research parts, product specifications, and supplier information. - Provide post‑sale follow‑up, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. - Coordinate information flow between internal teams and external clients. **Required Skills:** - Sales and customer‑service communication. - English fluency (written & spoken). - Knowledge of customs/import‑export regulations. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and general IT tools. - Analytical problem‑solving and decision‑making. - Ability to manage priorities and meet productivity/accuracy targets. - Team collaboration and relationship‑building. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). - Post‑secondary education in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Any relevant sales or industry certifications are a plus.
