About the Company

Notre ambition est de devenir le premier réseau français de magasins alimentaires anti-gaspi. Le projet des épiceries NOUS s’axe autour de deux objectifs principaux: - Proposer aux producteurs et aux fabricants de revaloriser leurs produits déclassés et invendus à un prix juste. Dans un environnement qualitatif, nous commercialisons les produits écartés des circuits habituels de la Grande Distribution pour de petits défauts (défaut physique, contrat-date non respecté, fin de série, etc.). - Offrir aux consommateurs un nouveau mode de consommation qui redonne priorité au bon sens et qui soit à la fois malin, qualitatif et éco-responsable. Dans nos magasins, nous vous proposons de trouver, dans un cadre chaleureux et convivial, un choix complet de produits alimentaires à sauver du gaspillage: fruits et légumes, produits frais et surgelés, produits d'épicerie, et même un petit rayon vrac. Notre premier magasin ouvre à Melesse, près de Rennes, en avril 2018.

Job Title: HR Assistant (Apprentice) Role Summary: Support the HR department in managing administrative processes, recruitment, training, and onboarding for a growing retail chain. Collaborate closely with the HR manager and operational managers to ensure efficient HR operations across all company sites. Expectations: - Master’s level in Human Resources or related field, completing a final internship. - Basic experience in an HR environment preferred. - Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable using Canva for document design. - Strong organizational skills, discretion, and a service‑oriented mindset. - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities. - Adaptability to work remotely after integration.
