**Job Title:** Business Development Representative (SaaS Enterprise) **Role Summary:** Entry‑level sales professional responsible for generating new business opportunities for a cloud‑based board‑meeting solution. Focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, pipeline development, and building relationships with enterprise decision‑makers. Works closely with senior sales leadership to meet revenue targets and develop sales expertise. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate passion for sales and a strong desire to build a career in SaaS. - Engage confidently with senior stakeholders via phone, email, and social media. - Learn quickly, work independently, and meet or exceed activity and performance metrics. - Communicate fluently in English (native level). **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct proactive outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn, email) to identify and qualify new enterprise prospects. - Design and execute targeted email campaigns and support event‑driven outreach initiatives. - Qualify inbound leads, assess fit, and move qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline. - Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and identify emerging opportunities. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in CRM; track activities, pipeline stages, and performance data. - Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, positioning the solution as a trusted advisor. - Analyze outreach results, report on metrics, and continuously refine prospecting tactics. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication; persuasive phone and virtual presentation abilities. - Proven ability to conduct cold calling and social selling (LinkedIn outreach). - Experience creating and managing email outreach campaigns. - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data‑driven pipeline management. - Market research and competitive analysis aptitude. - High self‑motivation, results‑orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. - Fluent English (native). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - No specific certifications required; sales training or SaaS familiarity is a plus.
