Experience with CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce), timezone/currency logic, and handling financial data prioritized. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and maintain backend services for compensation engine and real-time reporting. - Design and optimize asynchronous workflows, distributed tasks, and data synchronization pipelines. - Ensure accuracy of financial data across timezones, currencies, and systems. - Tune PostgreSQL/Prisma for performance; collaborate on end-to-end feature development. - Participate in code reviews, technical decision-making, and engineering standards. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, GCP, Redis, BullMQ. - Experience with CRM integrations, async processing, distributed systems, and database optimization. - Strong problem-solving for complex data pipelines and financial data handling. - Familiarity with React-router (contextual understanding of frontend-backend flows). - Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent; relevant technical certifications optional.
