Job Description: **Job Title:** Lead Growth and Social Media (Internship) **Role Summary:** Drive and execute the full social media strategy for a preventative health startup, creating high‑quality, AI‑enhanced content and leading outreach campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Work autonomously with minimal supervision and partner directly with senior leadership to align content with brand vision. **Expectations:** - Full responsibility for all social media channels. - Independent execution of campaigns and content production. - Rapid learning and iterative improvement based on performance data. - Demonstrated ability to produce clean, premium brand assets. - Right to work in the UK and be UK‑based. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. - Use AI automation tools to scale content creation, outreach, and analytics. - Design and run outreach campaigns targeting gyms, health organisations, universities, influencers, and potential users. - Track key metrics, analyze results, and adjust tactics to optimise reach and engagement. - Collaborate with the Founder and behavioural‑science advisors to ensure messaging aligns with brand mission. - Maintain consistent brand storytelling, community engagement, and visual quality. **Required Skills:** - Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities. - Proficiency with AI tools for content generation and automation. - Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. - Self‑starter with a bias for action and minimal need for supervision. - Attention to detail and a sense for premium, coherent brand aesthetics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or related field. - Valid right to work in the UK and residence in the UK.
