**Job Title**
Salesforce Solution Consultant/Architect
**Role Summary**
Design, lead, and implement enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Drive integration, data modeling, and security architecture while guiding development teams in Agile environments.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date expertise in Salesforce product suite, architecture patterns, and integration technologies.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and mentor developers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, produce documentation, and drive project success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and configure multi‑cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Experience).
- Design and implement Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL queries, and integrations using middleware and API patterns.
- Define and enforce data modeling, sharing rules, identity, and access management across the org.
- Lead technical reviews, solution design workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Produce technical and functional design documents, solution blueprints, and system architecture diagrams.
- Coordinate with project teams in Agile/Scrum settings, ensuring sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery cadence.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and third‑party tools to enhance system functionality.
**Required Skills**
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and API integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, sharing models, identity & access management.
- Hands‑on experience with middleware tools and enterprise integration scenarios.
- Ability to design and document complex solutions and lead technical teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and Agile/Scrum facilitation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (mandatory).
- Salesforce Certified System Architect (mandatory).
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – optional but preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder.
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Integration Architecture or Identity & Access Management certification.
