Job Description

Job title: AI Strategy Leader Role Summary: Lead enterprise-wide Generative AI strategy, architecture, deployment, and governance to drive business value across operations, finance, HR, marketing, and customer service. Expactations: Deliver a scalable Gen AI framework that aligns with corporate goals, ensures ethical AI practices, and demonstrates measurable ROI through key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute a forward‑looking Gen AI strategy aligned with enterprise objectives. - Design, prototype, and deploy scalable Gen AI solutions for diverse business use‑cases. - Own the full lifecycle of Gen AI initiatives: ideation, model selection, deployment, monitoring, and enhancement. - Collaborate with business leaders, data science, and IT to integrate AI into existing workflows. - Communicate roadmaps, performance, and insights to C‑suite and global leadership. - Establish governance for ethical AI, model explainability, and data privacy compliance. - Build, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary AI team. Required Skills: - Expertise in Gen AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) and cloud platforms. - Strong data engineering, model deployment, and monitoring competencies. - Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences. - Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams and driving AI adoption. - Familiarity with agile methods and enterprise architecture principles. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of AI/ML or data technology experience with a focus on large‑scale Gen AI implementations. - Relevant certifications in AI, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or data engineering are an asset.
