Job Description
**Job Title:** Inside Sales Administrator **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the inside sales team in a power‑distribution and data‑center services environment. Manage proposal development, sales data entry, CRM maintenance, vendor and client onboarding, and customer communication to facilitate efficient sales cycles. **Expactations:** - Deliver accurate, timely support to sales initiatives. - Maintain high confidentiality of proprietary information. - Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced, dynamic office and production floor environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Enter and reconcile project budget and cost data from quotes into systems. - Respond to customer inquiries (phone/email) and assist with order tracking, delivery updates, and post‑sales follow‑up. - Schedule meetings, demos, and calls between sales staff and clients. - Format, edit, and finalise project proposals ensuring completeness and accuracy. - Compile and distribute weekly/monthly sales forecasts and reports. - Maintain Salesforce CRM data, ensuring accuracy and currency. - Facilitate new client and vendor onboarding, coordinating with accounting and internal departments. - Perform additional duties as assigned. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Excellent verbal and written communication; technical writing to translate complex specs into customer‑friendly language. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information. - Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment; adapt quickly to changing priorities. - Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them on the production floor. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Associate’s degree in electrical design or electrical engineering preferred (equivalent experience acceptable). - Minimum of 2 years industry experience with switchgear, switchboards, PDUs, UPS, batteries, or power generation. ---
