**Job Title:** Sales Development Representative (SDR) **Role Summary:** Drive outbound pipeline growth for a B2B SaaS platform focused on employee financial wellness. Identify qualified prospects, conduct AI‑enhanced research, execute multi‑channel outreach, and collaborate to refine conversion strategies. **Expactations:** - Achieve monthly/quarterly prospecting and qualification targets. - Produce a high volume of qualified leads that funnel into the sales pipeline. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of employee benefits and mid‑market/enterprise buyer personas. - Maintain accurate lead data and activity in CRM and prospecting tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Position the company as a strategic partner solving financial wellness challenges. - Conduct deep account research using AI tools to craft personalized outreach. - Run multichannel prospecting campaigns via Nooks, Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Engage decision‑makers and influencers through scripted and conversational outreach. - Share best practices, insights, and feedback with the SDR team to improve conversion rates. - Experience the product to deliver authentic, value‑driven conversations. **Required Skills:** - Strong outbound sales and prospecting experience (12+ months preferred). - Knowledge of B2B SaaS mid‑market and enterprise sales cycles. - Proficiency with modern sales tech stack (CRM, outreach platforms, data enrichment). - Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and objection handling. - Self‑motivated, highly curious, and adaptable to rapid change. - Collaborative mindset with ability to contribute ideas and best practices. - Data‑driven approach with comfort in interpreting and utilizing prospect data. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - No specific certifications required (industry‑relevant credentials a plus).
