Job Description

**Job Title:** Sr. Technical Product Manager **Role Summary:** Own end‑to‑end delivery and operations of a technology‑driven commercial P&C insurance platform. Drive feature development, automation, and platform reliability to support scalable growth while collaborating closely with engineering, insurance, and distribution functions. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality software features and automations that align with growth objectives. - Maintain platform health, reliability, and performance through continuous monitoring and iterative improvement. - Engage in hands‑on development and code review processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and ship software features, automations, and tools with an AI‑first focus. - Use SQL, Looker (or equivalent BI) daily to monitor metrics, validate outcomes, and surface actionable insights. - Contribute code each cycle, participate in pull‑request reviews, and instrument features with flags to measure business impact. - Partner with Insurance and Distribution teams to identify bottlenecks and translate them into scalable product solutions. - Lead rapid troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for platform incidents. - Continuously improve platform reliability, usability, and performance. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of product management at technology companies that have scaled. - Fluent in SQL; experience with Looker or an equivalent BI tool. - Hands‑on development experience; recent PR submission. - Collaborative, proactive, and results‑driven mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - BA/BS degree or equivalent senior work experience. ---
