Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Role Summary
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical infrastructure to deliver high‑quality, self‑service dashboards and insights for global customer success operations.
Expectations
- Engineer and optimize ETL/ELT processes in cloud data platforms.
- Develop and automate BI reports and dashboards that support key KPIs.
- Deliver actionable, data‑driven insights across engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Champion data quality, governance, and continuous integration for analytics workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines and orchestration workflows (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Design, develop and automate self‑service dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for metrics such as tNPS, AHT, repeat contacts, and digital adoption.
- Validate data quality, implement version control, and enforce schema standards across regions.
- Conduct deep‑dive analytical investigations, statistical analysis, and root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to productionize models and support A/B testing frameworks.
- Evaluate and integrate new data tools, APIs, and cloud native services.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Provide documentation, training, and process standardization to promote a data‑first culture.
Required Skills
- 8+ years in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Applied Data Science.
- Expert SQL for complex queries, data modeling, and transformation logic.
- Proficiency with data pipelines, orchestration tools, and version control (Git).
- Hands‑on experience with big‑data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and dashboard automation.
- Scripting in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with APIs, RESTful integration, and CI/CD for analytics.
- Understanding of A/B testing frameworks, statistical analysis, or experimentation design (preferred).
- Knowledge of Customer Success/SUPPORT operations KPIs (resolution rate, contact deflection, AHT) (preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI) considered a plus.
