Job Description

Job title: Investment Banking Analyst, Industrial Role Summary: Support Industrial M&A and financial advisory transactions from research to execution. Build valuations, financial models, and marketing materials while collaborating with junior and senior bankers on all deal stages. Expectations: - 12–24 months of full‑time investment banking experience (preferred). - Strong analytical mindset and rapid learning ability. - Be proactive, independent, yet collaborative within a high‑performance team. - Obtain or qualify for SIE and Series 79 licensing promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct industry and company research, including market sizing, comps, and trend analysis. - Prepare detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, merger accretion/dilution). - Draft pitch books, teaser decks, and offering memorandum content. - Assist in due diligence coordination and data room management. - Support business‑development initiatives: ID target prospects, analyze fit, and prepare outreach materials. - Participate in client meetings, decks, and call summaries. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel/financial modelling expertise. - Proficient in PowerPoint and Word; experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar research tools. - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation proficiency. - High level of organization, attention to detail, and time‑management under tight deadlines. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, economics, or related field) or equivalent professional experience. - SIE license and Series 79 license preferred; alternative: demonstrate readiness to obtain within 90 days.
