**Job title** Sales Development Representative **Role Summary** Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound prospects for a SaaS logistics platform. Generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team through high-volume, multi-channel prospecting, focusing on uncovering pain points and demonstrating product value. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings. - Demonstrate resilience, coach‑ability, and a competitive drive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑based environment. - Embrace AI tools (e.g., outreach automation, predictive analytics) as integral to daily work. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect 100–300 target accounts a month via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and video. - Conduct discovery conversations that reveal customer pain points and articulate the platform’s value. - Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads and advance opportunities to the sales pipeline. - Manage leads, activities, and pipeline health using Salesforce, Outreach, Vidyard, and related CRM tools. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date prospect records and communication logs. **Required Skills** - Strong outbound prospecting: phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messaging. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build trust quickly. - Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection. - Coach‑ability: quick learning from feedback and active skill improvement. - Goal‑oriented; thrives on quotas, leaderboards, and competitive metrics. - Comfortable using AI‑enhanced tools for lead qualification and workflow automation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in sales or a related field. - Familiarity with Salesforce and outbound prospecting platforms is desired.
