**Job Title** Special Process Quality Officer (H/F) **Role Summary** Lead and sustain the quality management system for a defined client portfolio in the special processes domain. Ensure conformity with client and internal standards, support continuous improvement of productivity, quality, lead‑time, cost, working capital, and safety, and coordinate all qualification, audit, and accreditation activities. **Expectations** - Uphold and advance the quality and customer focus across the portfolio. - Contribute to performance metrics improvement (productivity, quality, schedule, cost, working capital, safety). - Maintain rigorous documentation and traceability of audits, qualifications, and special process procedures. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Draft technical notes, summaries, procedures, and process instructions. 2. Manage special process compliance items: audits, qualifications, test specimens, qualified personnel. 3. Conduct qualification and monitoring audits; update audit schedules. 4. Develop and deliver training/qualification for internal auditors in special processes. 5. Support internal operators and controllers on training and qualification of special processes. 6. Lead NADCAP accreditation activities in line with client requirements and site strategy. 7. Maintain a current register of special process qualifications. 8. Optimize qualification, NADCAP, and special process operational modes with relevant stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and organizational abilities. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Knowledge of aerospace special processes, audits, and qualifications. - Ability to enforce rigorous documentation and traceability. - Customer‑centric mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Processes, or a general engineering discipline. - Prior experience in a similar role within the aerospace sector (preferred). - Familiarity with quality standards and accreditation frameworks (e.g., NADCAP).
