Job Description

**Job Title:** RPA Technical Analyst **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain robotic process automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and Python. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, produce business and technical specifications, and support end‑to‑end testing and deployment. Leverage analytics and AI capabilities (Power BI, LLMs, RAG) to enhance process efficiency and data insights. **Expectations:** Deliver high‑quality automation artifacts on schedule, maintain robust production support, and continuously improve process performance. Communicate progress clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences. Demonstrate adaptability to evolving technologies and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather functional and technical requirements; author Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Technical Specifications. - Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and System Design Documents (SDD) that align with architectural standards. - Develop, unit test, and debug RPA workflows; integrate with APIs, databases, and web services. - Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); resolve defects. - Deploy solutions to production environments; monitor job performance and troubleshoot incidents. - Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI; apply data analytics and data‑engineering techniques. - Explore AI enhancements using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) to enrich automation logic. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine processes and document best practices. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate). - Strong programming skills in Python; experience with workflow orchestration. - Solid understanding of data analytics, data engineering, and data science concepts. - Hands‑on experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics. - Familiarity with AI technologies (LLMs, RAG) and their application in automation. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders. - Experience in test management (SIT, UAT) and production support. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Relevant RPA certifications (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, Power Automate Developer). - Additional certifications in data analytics (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) and AI fundamentals are advantageous.
