**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer (Python/AI/Web Infra)
**Role Summary:**
Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end services and UIs for a high‑velocity AI data‑infrastructure platform, owning backend APIs, database performance, and frontend experiences across React, TypeScript, and FastAPI.
**Experctations:**
Work independently under tight deadlines, take full ownership of features, ship reliable production code, communicate proactively, and thrive beyond a traditional 9‑5 schedule.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage FastAPI services that power data collection, distribution, and client integrations.
- Design, index, and tune PostgreSQL schemas and queries for large‑scale contributor data.
- Build responsive React/TypeScript interfaces for contributors, internal tools, and client dashboards.
- Create and maintain background processing pipelines (audio, image, video) using Celery, RQ, or SQS.
- Collaborate with ML, DevOps, and data teams on architecture decisions, sprint planning, and internal tooling.
- Document APIs, data models, and system operations; ensure reliability and monitoring.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years building Python/FastAPI backends in production.
- Solid React and TypeScript expertise with modern component architecture.
- Proven database design and performance optimization for PostgreSQL.
- Hands‑on Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS infrastructure.
- Experience with S3‑compatible object storage, Docker, and REST API design.
- Background task processing (Celery, RQ, SQS, etc.).
- Proficiency with AI‑assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
- Track record of shipping full products, side projects, or open‑source contributions.
- Independent decision‑making under tight deadlines.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Any relevant certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or database technologies preferred but not mandatory.
