Job Description

Job Title: Data Architect – Remote Role Summary Architect, implement, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and MDM solutions to support predictive analytics and application performance for a distributed healthcare technology team. Expectations - Lead end‑to‑end data solution design and deployment. - Collaborate autonomously with cross‑functional teams to deliver production‑ready services. - Balance data security, accessibility, and system reliability in a fault‑intolerant environment. Key Responsibilities - Design and evolve relational and NoSQL data models, data lakes, and data warehouses. - Deploy and manage Master Data Management (MDM) and other data platform components. - Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and build fault‑diagnosis procedures. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement best‑practice data architectures. - Mentor developers on data integration, collection design, and SQL/NoSQL usage. - Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards. Required Skills - 5+ years data architecture experience. - Proficiency with relational databases, NoSQL systems, and data lake technologies. - Experience designing and deploying MDM solutions. - Strong scripting skills in Python. - Data warehouse implementation expertise. - Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM discipline. - (Optional) Certifications in data platform technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Big Data, Azure Data Factory) are a plus.
