**Job Title:** Technical Solutions Architect – ERP
**Role Summary:**
Designs and leads the implementation of scalable ERP solutions, primarily Infor M3 and Infor OS, for manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or finance clients. Acts as the chief technical authority across architecture, integration, cloud, and data layers while mentoring teams and supporting pre‑sales activities.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end ERP architectures aligned with client business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
- Communicate effectively with C‑level executives and technical teams.
- Maintain current knowledge of ERP, integration, and cloud technologies.
- Contribute to pre‑sales estimations, scopes, and solution proposals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Translate business requirements into robust ERP solution designs.
2. Lead architecture for ERP, cloud platforms, integrations, data warehousing, BI, and e‑commerce.
3. Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation and design artifacts.
4. Conduct design and code reviews to enforce best practices.
5. Architect data flow, transformation, and retention strategies.
6. Oversee integration of Infor M3 with third‑party systems and ensure cloud security.
7. Mentor and guide junior consultants/developers.
8. Support pre‑sales efforts with estimates, SOWs, and architectural input.
9. Serve as the primary technical point of contact during discovery, implementation, and optimization phases.
**Required Skills:**
- 8+ years software development and solution design experience.
- 6+ years consulting experience with client‑facing delivery.
- Expert proficiency in Infor M3 ERP and Infor OS (multi‑tenant cloud).
- Strong knowledge of interface architecture, integrations, APIs, and cloud security.
- Functional expertise in at least one domain: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality & Compliance, Logistics & Distribution, or Finance & Accounting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence C‑level stakeholders.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Strategic thinking with hands‑on execution ability.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Infor M3 certification, TOGAF, AWS/Azure cloud certifications) preferred but not mandatory.
