**Job Title** Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end administration and enhancement of a company‑wide Salesforce stack (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service). Drive governance, data integrity, security, and process automation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years as a Salesforce Administrator; 3+ years as Technical Project Manager. - 3+ years hands‑on with Sales & Service Cloud. - CPQ experience (customization, pricing rules, quote generation). - Proven agile project delivery and continuous improvement mindset. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and stakeholder‑centric problem solving. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, execute, and support Salesforce projects from requirements to post‑implementation. - Define business workflows, translate them into technical specs, and coordinate implementation. - Maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and security settings. - Import, update, and audit data; enforce data quality and deduplication. - Design and deploy custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and advanced automation. - Create, update, and optimize reports and dashboards for actionable insights. - Integrate third‑party solutions via Salesforce APIs. - Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support. - Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and data protection laws. **Required Skills** - Salesforce Administration (Sales, Service, Field Service Cloud). - CPQ configuration and optimization. - Process design (flows, approvals, automation). - Data management (import, deduplication, audit). - API integration and third‑party integration. - Technical project management (Agile). - Strong written and verbal communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (or equivalent). - Educational background in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
