**Job Title** Software Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain core components of a high‑growth SaaS platform used by sales teams, leveraging modern web and data technologies and AI models. Collaborate directly with founders, engineering leadership, and customers to shape product direction and engineering best practices. **Expectations** - Work in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment with high ownership. - Demonstrate a strong learning curve, adaptability, and initiative. - Maintain high code quality, performance, and scalability in production systems. - Communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and own large, user‑facing modules using React, Node.js, GraphQL, and Tailwind. - Develop and optimize large‑scale data pipelines with Elasticsearch and Spark. - Integrate and experiment with AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic in product features. - Create and maintain automated index lifecycle policies for Elasticsearch clusters. - Collaborate with founders, head of engineering, and customers to define product and technical strategy. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of professional experience building modern web applications in high‑growth tech environments. - Proficiency in React, Node.js, GraphQL, and Tailwind CSS. - Strong background in building and scaling data pipelines (Elasticsearch, Spark). - Experience with AI/ML model integration in production products. - Solid understanding of RESTful API design, versioning, and best practices. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure. - Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and performance tuning abilities. - Strong product sense and user‑centric design mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. ---
