Job Description

**Job Title** Cyber Security Analyst (H/F) – MSP & Cybersecurity **Role Summary** Provide operational cyber‑security services for a managed service provider (MSP) environment, protecting internal and client systems, managing incidents, strengthening security posture, and ensuring business continuity. **Expectations** * Commitment to excellence, reliability, and proactive problem‑solving. * Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver clear, structured documentation. * Results‑driven mindset, meeting or surpassing set objectives. * Bilingual in French (native) and English (professional). **Key Responsibilities** * Analyse, detect and respond to security incidents for both internal and client environments. * Participate in containment, remediation, and post‑mortem activities. * Review and analyse security events from EDR, logs, and alerts. * Contribute to technical risk assessments and recommend appropriate controls. * Develop, update, and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans (PCA/PRA). * Validate restoration procedures and evaluate resilience improvements. * Draft and maintain security documentation: procedures, plans, policies. * Support ISO 27001/ISO 27018 compliance efforts and other governance initiatives. * Collaborate with management and technical teams to align security strategies. **Required Skills** * Experience in operational cyber‑security within an MSP, SOC, or complex IT consultancy. * Proficiency in managing incidents and risk analysis. * Solid understanding of Microsoft 365/cloud, servers, networks, and MSP client access scenarios. * Ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation. * Strong communication skills in French and English. * Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with stakeholder management capability. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. * Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalents highly regarded. ---
