Job Description
**Job Title:** Applications Developer (ServiceNow low‑code) **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain low‑code applications on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise business processes. Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams, produce clear documentation, and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow workflow solutions meeting business requirements. - Support and enhance existing enterprise applications. - Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprint activities. - Maintain accurate technical and user documentation. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and end users. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using low‑code tools and scripting. - Develop web‑based components (JavaScript/HTML) as needed. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in enterprise business applications. - Create and update system documentation, user guides, and release notes. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Ensure solutions adhere to security, performance, and governance standards. **Required Skills:** - Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow/low‑code platforms. - Web application development (JavaScript, HTML) preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. - Documentation and technical writing proficiency. - Problem‑solving orientation and ability to support enterprise‑scale applications. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 5 years of application development experience **or** a four‑year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer certification is preferred (not mandatory).
