**Job Title:** Foodservice Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the expansion of seaweed‑based food product sales within the Belgian foodservice market. Drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing distributor partnerships and direct customer relationships, while promoting product awareness through demos, tastings, and training. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable sales targets and market share growth. - Build and sustain strong distributor and enterprise customer relationships. - Communicate product value consistently across all touchpoints. - Demonstrate initiative and entrepreneurial mindset in a startup environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage distributor agreements, supporting marketing and sales activities. - Conduct field visits to key foodservice accounts to present and upsell products. - Organize and lead product demonstrations, tastings, and positioning workshops. - Train distributor sales representatives on product portfolio, benefits, and positioning. - Identify market trends, new opportunities, and emerging foodservice concepts. - Collaborate with internal teams on product development and launch strategies. - Track performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and report results to leadership. **Required Skills:** - 5–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in the foodservice sector. - Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and communication skills. - Ability to translate product features into compelling commercial value. - Self‑starter with independent, entrepreneurial approach. - Comfortable traveling within Belgium and managing a dynamic schedule. - Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field (preferred). - Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.
