Job Description
**Job Title**: People Development Specialist **Role Summary**: Embed a colleague-led learning culture through tailored development initiatives aligned with business goals, delivering high-quality training programs to enhance organizational and personal effectiveness. **Expectations**: - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address learning needs, designing and delivering impactful face-to-face, blended, or online training. - Promote a continuous development culture, ensuring learning initiatives align with organizational priorities. - Facilitate foundational and advanced soft skills/technical training programs. **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct learning needs analyses to design and evaluate training programs across all levels. - Develop and deliver training interventions, including induction programs and cultural masterclasses. - Administer and optimize digital learning platforms, ensuring seamless delivery of online learning content. - Manage the full learning lifecycle, from design and promotion to assessment and evaluation. - Foster innovation in learning methods and track industry trends to improve program effectiveness. **Required Skills**: - Proven experience designing and delivering training to diverse audiences. - Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person audiences. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to analyze data and integrate insights into learning strategies. - Digital learning platform administration experience. **Required Education & Certifications**: - CIPD Level 3 or equivalent L&D certification (or relevant work experience in HR/L&D). - Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD).
