Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and setting appointments for high‑value opportunities, while maintaining a disciplined follow‑up cadence in the CRM. Earnings are 10 % of net revenue earned from closed deals, with no cap. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth. - Operate entirely independently; manage schedule, outreach, and reporting autonomously. - Meet defined activity and conversion metrics set by the business. - Continuously refine sales scripts and outreach messages to improve success rates. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct outbound B2B prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, and email. - Qualify leads against Ideal Customer Profile, need, budget, and timeline. - Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly and compellingly. - Schedule qualified meetings or pass qualified prospects to the closing team. - Track all interactions and opportunities in the CRM with high accuracy. - Provide feedback on script effectiveness and industry insights. **Required Skills** - 2+ years experience as an SDR, B2B sales, or business developer. - Proficiency in cold outbound tactics (phone, email, LinkedIn). - Strong written and verbal communication; able to articulate complex solutions quickly. - Solid grasp of the sales cycle: qualification, objection handling, closing fundamentals. - Comfortable using digital tools: CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting platforms. - Self‑driven, hunter mentality with discipline, consistency, and a results‑oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 16 years of education; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory. - No specific certifications required; desire for ongoing learning in sales methods is advantageous.
