About the Company

ParkBee converts underutilised parking into revenue-generating assets across Europe. We operate 600+ smart parking locations in Netherlands, Belgium, UK, and Germany, connecting them to 40 million drivers through ANPR technology and full operational management. Hotels, offices, and real estate portfolios partner with us to monetise parking during dead hours: overnight when office workers are gone, weekends when business districts empty, off-peak periods between tenant usage… Hours that generate zero return become consistent monthly income. No owner involvement in bookings, enforcement, or customer support. Every optimised car park reduces street congestion and returns space to cities.
