**Job Title:** Customer Technology Advisor – Cloud & AI (BeNeLux)
**Role Summary:**
Serve as a trusted technical advisor within Kyndryl’s Go‑To‑Market team, partnering with consult and sales groups to design, demo, and sell integrated Cloud, AI, and related services solutions. Translate deep technical expertise into customer‑focused value propositions, lead pre‑sales activities, and coordinate cross‑practice proposals to secure profitable deals.
**Expectations:**
- Act as a recognized subject‑matter expert and credible liaison for customers and partners.
- Deliver compelling demos, proofs‑of‑concept, and presentations that illustrate solution value.
- Lead end‑to‑end pre‑sales processes, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with Kyndryl best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with external alliance partners and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and obtain relevant certifications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with Consulting, Advisory, Architecture, Sales, and Delivery teams to identify and qualify customer opportunities.
2. Design and present technical solutions across Cloud, AI, Data, Digital Workplace, Network, Security, and related domains.
3. Produce and deliver demos, prototypes, and proof‑of‑concepts that address specific business and technical requirements.
4. Coordinate proposal development, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and ensure technical compliance and risk mitigation.
5. Advise customers on roadmap, migration, and modernization strategies leveraging Kyndryl services.
6. Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the practice.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep knowledge of Kyndryl service offerings and technical solutions in one or more practice areas (e.g., Cloud, AI, Data, Security, Digital Workplace, Network/Edge).
- Proven ability to convert technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Consultative selling experience with a track record of influencing buying decisions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional pre‑sales activities and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, AI/ML, Security).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or pre‑sales engineering.
- Technical certifications demonstrating expertise in the targeted sub‑domains (e.g., Cloud Platform, AI/ML, Security, Enterprise Architecture).
