Job Description
**Job Title:** Production Manager (M/F) **Role Summary:** Operational leader responsible for two reinforcement workshops and three concrete prefabrication workshops. Member of the plant’s executive committee, overseeing roughly 50 production staff to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets. **Expectations:** - Lead and motivate a 50‑person production team. - Ensure safety policies and continuous improvement (5S) are applied. - Meet delivery deadlines and product quality standards. - Manage budgets, raw‑material consumption, and cost KPIs. - Make autonomous decisions and exert leadership when needed. - Adapt management style (participative to directive) and drive change initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise daily operations of reinforcement and concrete prefabrication lines. - Plan work schedules, allocate resources, and optimize productivity. - Monitor and report on production KPIs, costs, and budget adherence. - Oversee safety implementation and compliance with plant safety policies. - Conduct performance reviews, annual interviews, and develop team capabilities. - Provide technical support to production tools and teams. - Coordinate with Logistics, Maintenance, and Commercial departments. **Required Skills:** - Proven people‑management experience (minimum 2 years) in a manufacturing environment. - Strong decision‑making and leadership abilities. - Ability to adapt management style to situational needs. - Change‑management and continuous‑improvement mindset (5S, Lean). - Solid knowledge of the concrete industry, including reinforcement and prefabrication processes. - Budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking proficiency. - Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac) to Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the concrete industry with demonstrated managerial responsibility. - Relevant safety or production certifications (e.g., ISO, Lean, 5S) preferred but not mandatory.
