**Job Title:** AI Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Drive strategic, cross‑functional AI initiatives for Evoliz, coordinating with senior leadership (CSO, CMO, CPTO, Head of Customer Support) and the Visma group AI network. Lead both internal transformation projects and client‑facing engagements to accelerate AI adoption, standardize practices, and raise organizational maturity.
**Expactations:**
- Minimum 5 years of proven project‑management experience (internal, digital, or client‑focused).
- Strong results orientation, structured thinking, and ability to move initiatives forward.
- Excellent transversal collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
- High curiosity and passion for practical AI applications in business.
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear business value.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for regular interaction with Visma entities across Northern Europe.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accelerate AI usage by leveraging Visma synergies and acting as Evoliz liaison within the Visma AI network.
- Identify, evaluate, and adapt existing AI playbooks, use‑cases, and expert tools to Evoliz context; oversee implementation in teams.
- Inspire and guide employees toward responsible, effective AI adoption; manage maturity progression from bronze to platinum standards.
- Lead internal AI adoption club to share best practices and promote concrete AI usage across departments.
- Structure, plan, and execute strategic transversal projects: define requirements, allocate resources, monitor progress, ensure quality deliverables, and apply rigorous project‑management methodology.
- Serve as primary contact for selected strategic clients; coordinate communication between clients and internal product, sales, marketing, and other teams.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) with strong scheduling, risk, and scope control.
- Stakeholder management and ability to build collaborative dynamics across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of simplifying complex AI topics for business audiences.
- Business acumen with understanding of AI’s impact on operations and revenue.
- Fluent English; French proficiency advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and industry best practices (not mandatory but preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum Bac + 5 (Master’s degree) in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum) are a plus but not mandatory.
