Job Description: **Job Title:** Junior Application Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary:** Join the IT department to combine user support, application management, and project participation. Report to the Project Management Directorate and ensure smooth operation of existing business applications while delivering new application projects from requirements to production. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in application environments. - Demonstrated involvement in managing or monitoring application projects. - Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders. - Strong analytical mindset, solution‑oriented attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end‑to‑end application projects (CRM, CMMS, billing, etc.) – gather requirements, plan, and monitor scope, schedule, cost, and quality. - Supervise production applications; coordinate updates, corrective actions, and releases. - Manage the support hotline, handling Level 1–3 incidents in collaboration with external providers. - Facilitate communication between users, internal IT teams, and external partners. - Provide user training and maintain up‑to‑date application documentation. - Contribute to process, tool, and service‑quality enhancements. - Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and regulatory standards. **Required Skills:** - Project management fundamentals (requirements analysis, scheduling, risk & budget tracking). - Application support and incident management (L1–L3). - Coordination with vendors and cross‑functional teams. - Strong communication and training abilities. - Analytical, rigorous, structured, and curious mindset. - Proficiency in French (native or fluent) and working knowledge of English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Any recognized project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus.
